Oro Coast Builders completed a comprehensive home remodel and addition, creating a new primary suite and an expansive family room designed for comfort and connection.
The project features an open-concept kitchen and living space, complemented by a custom glass canopy that transforms the sunroom into a seamless extension of the home. Nineteen thoughtfully placed skylights flood the interior with natural light, while new flooring, doors, and fresh paint throughout bring cohesion and refinement. The exterior façade was also enhanced to elevate the home’s overall presence.
